Orders
All bullets are sold on a pre-order basis. Your card will be charged at the time of order, and your bullets will be shipped as soon as they are available. Depending on the current backlog, that could be as soon as two business days, or longer. If you would like an estimate as to how long your bullets will take to deliver, please email us at info@bisonballistics.com.
Shipping
Bullets are not currently available for export. All sales must be in the United States and comply with federal, state, and local law. We reserve the right to deny a sale if we believe you are are attempting to violate any law. It is your responsibility to comply with the law.
Bullets will almost always be sent USPS priority mail. Orders over $500 will require a signature at delivery. Under certain circumstances, we may require that your billing address match your shipping address. We will contact you if this is the case. You must be 21 years or older old to purchase bullets.
Bullets are not considered a hazardous material for shipping purposes, and no hazmat fee will apply.
Bison Ballistics is a federally licensed bullet manufacturer, but does not and cannot engage in the sale or transfer or firearms.
We do not generally offer other shipping methods (like expedited shipping) due to cost constraints, but if you're in a bind and need something special, email us at info@bisonballistics.com and we will do our best to work out a solution.
Returns Policy
If you need to return an item, please use the returns form to generate a return authorization. If you have any questions or it has been more than 90 days since your order, please email us and we'll help you out.
If the return is a result of our error, we will pay the return shipping cost. Refunds are available only to the original purchaser.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel an order through the website or by emailing us at info@bisonballistics.com up until the moment the carrier picks the package up from our facility, and will receive a full refund.
